We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused New Homes Executive to join our Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in bringing new homes to life – from final construction stages through to successful sales and lettings.

You’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality homes to customers, ensuring a seamless journey and exceptional experience every step of the way.

The Role

As a New Homes Executive, you will take ownership of allocated development sites, managing the transition of new homes from build completion through to handover, sales and lettings across a variety of tenures.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to ensure homes are ready on time, customers are fully supported, and properties are successfully occupied with minimal void periods and maximum satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end handover process, from 8 weeks prior to completion through to final delivery of homes

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate sales, lettings, and conveyancing processes

• Deliver excellent customer service, supporting buyers and tenants throughout their journey into a new home

• Drive the sale of shared ownership and open market homes, maximising revenue and value for money

• Oversee lettings across social rent, affordable rent, and rent to buy, ensuring sustainable tenancies and compliance

• Manage snagging, defects, and post-completion issues during the defects liability period

• Monitor void properties and ensure quick resolution of any issues

While this role is primarily home-based, there will be a requirement to travel to sites across Wiltshire, Somerset, and Devon. Flexibility to attend additional locations, when needed, is also expected.

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong organisation and commercial awareness with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in housing, new homes, sales, lettings, or development handovers

• Knowledge of tenancy management, conveyancing, or the development lifecycle

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently

• Good IT skills and confidence working with data and reporting
